About the Foi language

Foi is mainly spoken in the Southern Highlands province, east and south of Lake Kutubu and Mubi river. In fact it is also known as the Mubi River language, as well as Foe. There are many dialects of Foi, such as Ifigi, Kafa, Kutubu and Mubi. The New Testament was first produced in Foi in 1978.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
